As one of the hottest young actresses in Hollywood over the past decade, Scarlett Johansson has never had an issue with getting plum roles. However, the one role the 28-year-old relished was just never meant to last—as wife to actor Ryan Reynolds. The marriage of two years ended in 2010, but Johansson tells Marie Claire in its May issue that her life is just starting to get moving again.
"I've had a fair amount of time to process the experience and move forward," The Avengers star said. "I continue to get to know myself better as I get older, and that helps me in my relationships." Her latest relationship is with 30-year-old French creative executive Romain Dauriac, who has been canoodling with the actress both in his native Paris and New York. They've even been seen smooching at the opening night party for her play, "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof," which is playing on Broadway. It's safe to say that at least we know she has whittled away even more from her perfect man… for whenever she finds him.
"I don't like jealous behavior," she continued to Marie Claire. "I don't mind the occasional check-in, but when somebody is passive-aggressively jealous, it's really unattractive because it shows a sort of insecurity. Oh, controlling behavior is awful. Nobody's going to say they love that!"
