Well this is a different kind of "will-they-or-won't-they." After withdrawing papers in September asking for a legal separation in California, Dina Eastwood has officially asked for a divorce from Clint Eastwood.
In the papers, filed in Monterey County Superior Court, Dina is requesting physical custody of their only child together, 16-year-old daughter Morgan, and for him to pay alimony and her attorney fees.
The initial separation was announced in late August, with Dina filing for legal separation Sept. 9. However, Dina, 48, withdrew the separation papers two days after filing them in September with no official reason was given for the change of heart.
Clint Eastwood, now 83, met Dina (nee Ruiz), now 43, in 1992 when the then-reporter interviewed the actor. The duo tied the knot in 1996, but have always had reports of infidelity surrounding them. Most notably, the actor was linked to singer Diana Krall in 2002, which led to the initial reports of their splitting.
The actor is now attached to Erica Tomlinson-Fisher. Tomlinson-Fisher, incidentally, used to be married to one of Dina's high school friends.
